Anthony "Tony" Laureti earned his college degree at San Diego State University and his law degree at Case Western Law School in San Diego, and he has practiced law here since 1990. For most of those years, he has fought for compensation for victims of plaintiffs in personal injury, workplace injury and wrongful death cases. Early in his career, he worked in insurance defense, giving him important insights into the strategies employed by insurance companies to win cases and minimize payouts.
Tony is a hard-working, hands-on lawyer who holds himself and his staff to a high standard of personal service. He works closely with three other lawyers who advise him in niche areas of the law, or assist in trying major cases before juries. "It's the best of both worlds," says Tony. "I run my own practice, and control which cases I take. When clients call, they talk to me directly. But I work with great attorneys."
Tony is a volunteer arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau (and a member in good standing). He is also an active member of the San Diego County Bar, American Trial Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
